SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. All in stock orders will be shipped on the same or the next working day upon payment received.
2. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Mystical face has outsourced our deliveries to our logistics partners GDex to handle our shipments.
4. Ready stock items - Your goods will arrive within 1-3 working days after we received your payment.
5. Delivery will not be offered on weekend and Public Holidays. Any delay might be incurred due to holidays, or any type of natural disaster.
6. Mystical face is not responsible for shipping charges for any missing or wrong information. For any case of risk of loss, you must file such claims with the courier service designated.
